50 million adults and 294,000 children currently suffer from some form of arthritis according to The Center for Disease Control. And by 2030, is it estimated that 67 million Americans ages 18 years or older are projected to be doctor-diagnosed with it.
This disabling disease is a form of joint disorder that involves the painful swelling, inflammation, and stiffness of one or more joints. And if you suffer from this condition you well know how painful and crippling it can be.
Never did I think it would happen to me… that I’d actually fall into those statistics, especially in my mid 30’s. But sadly I did. And I was miserable! But more on that later...
Did you know that there are actually over 100 different forms of arthritis? The most common form is osteoarthritis followed by rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which is what I was suffering with.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease that involves the breakdown of the cartilage that forms the cushion between two joints. As this cartilage is eaten away, the two bones of the joint begin to rub together and wear down. Symptoms may include joint pain, tenderness, stiffness, locking, and sometimes an effusion.
The best natural anti-inflammatories include fats rich in omega-3’s (Barlean’s is my favorite) and essential oils such as nutmeg, wintergreen, frankincense, German chamomile, copaiba, peppermint and Idaho balsam fir when combined with cartilage builders (glucosamine/chondroitin) are powerful, natural cures for arthritis.
Glucosamine and collagen Type II are the two most powerful natural compounds for rebuilding cartilage and are the key ingredients in the essential oil infused supplement BLM.
RA is a painful, inflammatory disease of the joints marked by swelling,

I have severe arthritis and was at the point I couldn't dress myself or much enjoy life until I discovered Sulfurzyme, it gave me my life back. For the past 7 years or so arthritis has been plaguing me. It would come and go but every time it came back it was worse. Over a year ago I learned about oils and it sounded like something I wanted to try for my pains. Well I became a distibutor just for my own products and I got so involved in learning about the oils that I kept putting off getting the right product for myself. Anyway I finally was in so much pain all the time that I got a bottle of Sulfurzyme. With in 3 days I was almost pain free and after a week I had only a small twinge every now and then. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my mid 40's but had been experiencing joint and muscle pain for years. I began taking Enbrel injections twice weekly along with Plaquenil and Celebrex. Because the Enbrel suppressed my immune system, I had chronic sinusitis and bronchitis and was on frequent rounds of antibiotics. Then on top of that, I began experiencing depression and anxiety...so I was prescribed and began taking Paxil and some Zanax.
I moved and found a new physician who recommended I stop taking the Enbrel injections because my immune system was being depressed. She also recommended a blood test to see if I was 'reacting' to some foods and then eliminate those identified. This helped some, but there was still lots of pain.
Then along came a family member who introduced me to Young Living Essential Oils and oil enhanced supplements along with a super-antioxidant drink called Ningxia Red.
I began drinking 2 ounces of Ningxia Red, took Omega Blue, BLM, Sulfurzyme and used oils topically. Wow, what a difference! I no longer woke up with debilitating pain and I started exercising again.
It was incredible. About 4 months after starting the supplements, drink and oils I woke up and realized, 'My pain is completely gone!' Since then, I've left the hospital setting where I worked as an RN in administration and have a passion to share these remarkable oils and products with everyone who will listen.

The following are the recommendations found in Nutrition 101: Choose Life! However, for many health reasons I choose to and recommend avoiding all meats and dairy products.
Black pepper, cabbage, fish oils, parsley, onions, garlic, kale, broccoli, turnip greens, millet, cashews, low-fat dairy and cheese (in moderation especially if respiratory issues are a concern), grass-fed-beef, seasame seeds, green peas, whole grains, pumpkin seeds, lima beans, Swiss chard, spinach and legumes.
Sodas and carbonated drinks, sugar and excessive red meat (high phosphorus).
